Burrata And Chards Ravioli With Gorgonzola & Cheese Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 packet of Burrata And Chards Ravioli
  • 80 g sausage
  • 50 g gorgonzola cheese
  • 20 g butter

DIRECTIONS

Heat a knob of butter and the chopped sausage in a pan.  Brown the meat then add some water from the pasta and the diced gorgonzola. 

Soften the gorgonzola them stir into a creamy sauce. 

Cook the ravioli, following the instructions on the packet. 

Serve the ravioli with the gorgonzola and sausage cream.
