Cured Ham Cappelletti In Meat Broth

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 packet of Cured Ham Cappelletti
  • 1 capon
  • 1 golden onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 2 bay leaves

DIRECTIONS

Place the whole capon in a pot of water and bring to the boil. When the water is boiling, skim off the fat on the surface and add the roughly chopped vegetables. Cook over a low flame for around two hours. 

When the broth is ready, remove the capon and the vegetables. 

Boil the Cured Ham Cappelletti in the broth, following the instructions on the packet. 

Serve warm.
