Cured Ham Cappelletti With Ricotta, Rocket And Toasted Breadcrumbs

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 packet of Cured Ham Cappelletti
  • 150 g ricotta cheese
  • 150 g dry breadcrumbs
  • 10 g butter
  • Chopped rosemary to taste
  • Rocket, as needed

DIRECTIONS

Melt a knob of butter in a warm pan, add the breadcrumbs and chopped rosemary, stir until golden and crisp. 

Cook the cappelletti following the instructions on the packet.

Serve the cappelletti on a bed of ricotta, sprinkle over the rocket then the toasted breadcrumbs.
